Contact Sony lads. Do not waste your time with the suits in XV. SCE ie(Sony Computer Entertainment ,Ireland) know that the Paddys are very loyal to their products and will not let XV mess with their customers .

    Right lads.

After some research ,here's the best I can do...for now.

    " Postal Contact:

    Consumer Services
    Sony Computer Entertainment Ireland
    Segrave House
    20 Earlsfort Terrace
    Dublin 2

    Email:

You can contact us by email at - support@ie.playstation.com

    Network Gaming Contact:

Should you need to contact us regarding anything to do with Network Gaming and you have been unable to find an answer to your query in the Knowledgebase, please call 0818365065 (national rate). "

Now , I know that there has to be a direct number for SCE on Earlsfort tce ,but the best I can do for now is this

" LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited

Business Owner? Update this listing by claiming or upgrading
    find out more

    Address: Segrave House
    19/20 Earlsfort Terrace
    Dublin
    County Dublin
    Dublin 2

    Landline: 01 433 7400 ".

I'm gonna ring these guys and ask them for the SCE number ,when I get the number my and YOUR mission is to ph SCE next week and leave messages ,talk top ppl ,do whatever it takes to piss off Sony Ire about what XV have done to the XB lads and make sure that XV do not do it to us.

I'le be back in touch when I get a number. Heck ,even send SCE a quick note scrawled in blood through the post. Its €0.55 for a stamp.

    i just sent this email to xtra-vision HQ...hopefully i get a prompt reply..bastards lol

    WHATS GOING ON HERE THEN??

i was recently enlightened by a few people about the 'stunt' xtra vision have been trying on with "customers" who have pre ordered a next gen console with yourselves. i have pre ordered a playstation 4 (console only) and it seems that you are FORCING people to either buy a game or controller (even if they dont want it) or they wont get WHAT THEY PAYED FOR!!! this shows complete lack of respect and is a form of bullying and taking advantage of people as there is a "shortage" of stock in these consoles and im sure its completely illegal and not to mention IMMORAL to do so. my advise would be to stop this disrespectful attitude towards your so-called "valued customers" as it will in no doubt make people want to shop anywhere but xtra vision and sack who-ever came up with this abusurd money making idea as it will do the opposite and your stores will be closed by this time next year!!! i will be going in to collect my order when it arrives and if im told i HAVE to buy a game before i get what is rightfully mine i will be in contact with my solicitor and the good people of the consumer rights authorities and also sony as they would never back such a disgraceful plot towards customers!!

    i would like a reply A.S.A.P

i would also usually say thank you at the end of an email but i will reserve that until this is sorted

    Dear Lord.

Anyone bought a Dualshock 4 from VGP, or anywhere relatively cheap.

How long does it take from there, and what is postage like on a controller?

As regards the ****e XtraVision are pulling, my friend was on to one of Joe Duffy's researchers today and they are very interested in the story and would be looking into it, he had to pay a extra 70 quid for a game he did not even want before they would give him his console.

I know someone and he was in there tonight and he was told they had 10 left at 7:45

How long do they take to deliver? and are they us based? (ie we need a US psn account to play..)

Have ordered multiple games with them and the quickest has been 7 days, longest 9 days.

Think there's was 12 or 14 left after I ordered but she said they where selling out fast, 100% deposit had to be made to get one.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23 Djcgamble

They'd be very foolish to continue with it. It not going to bode well for them if they do.

Tbh in my experience it's not the only bad policy XV have introduced. As I already mentioned they won't give you a Sim card unless you purchase top up off them.

Another thing I noticed about Xtra Vision is that if your owed a cent in change you won't be given it. So if you buy a game for €49.99 and hand over €50 you won't get your cent back. Even on the receipt it will say Balance due €49.99, Cash €50.00, Change given €0.00

I know it only a cent but imo it's just plain wrong not to be given the change you are owed IMO.
