Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Always hated this one. You'd almost expect it to transform into Darth Vader.

Darth Vader in a man bra, prone to falling over, that is.

    they ugly.

Those disk brakes hurt my eyes.
Please let this be a fad that passes quickly without causing too many "casualties".....

(fast forward two years to me trying to delete this post before changing my mind and buying a set because on the road their braking power is superior and safety is etc etc..........)

    Re: the disc brakes

Ettore Bugatti was once asked why he put such a poor braking system on his sports cars. He replied that he built his cars to go, not to stop!

The disc brakes look peculiar on a bike that has been optimised to be aerodynamic, especially since they won't get much heavy use in a TT, or am I wrong about that?

It's the funky bit on the top and down tubes which ruin it for me.

You might find this hard to believe, but I met a guy who has one of these, and he had to put a riser on the stem:eek: Turned a beauty into a fugly in one swipe. Bike cost him about 4000 eruo I think. Riser cost about 20 euro.
