    Its ni

Make sure you have the uk channels that you want stored in other channels

Page one still applies but if the card has not been used in ages it will need to be left in your box overnight or for a couple of days to bring it back to life.

I thought it should work straight away for the card trick. My NI card does be out of the box for months until needed for the card trick like when there might be a power cut or something and it always seems to work straight away.

I've noticed that programs on the trick channels aren't showing up when using the new search facility.

No problems here with the trick channels all showing up when using the new search facility.

I'm not either but I'd say it would be harder for people on the blue button.

If you temporarily disable your broadband connection, it will revert to the basic search feature, you can then set your recordings, then enable your broadband connection, and it will work fine.

No need to ask the question in the first place then. (Because you already knew how to do it. )

Has anyone with the channels on the BLUE button been able to order (download) a movie from the "Sky Store" ??

    I'm getting the message :

"You cannot purchase this programme - please call . . ."

immediately when I try to order.

I'd just like to know if it's a problem with my account or if it's because the UK channels are on the blue button before I call Sky.

    Thank you,

    David

My Sky Freesat card (Westcountry) has been working fine for me for doing the blue card trick, but I decided to re-activate it so that I could watch Channel 5 HD,

I left the card in the box overnight, and this morning Sony tv & Liverpool tv are unencrypted, however Channel 5 HD, E4 HD, More 4 HD, & Film 4 HD remain encrypted.

On CH 5 HD (epg no: 171) it states call the broadcaster to upgrade to this channel.

Does this mean that Channel 5 HD, is no longer FTV ?

Yeah C5 HD went behind the paywall a few Weeks back - a subscription is now needed in the UK.

Thank you for that, this means there is no real need to keep my card fully activated, as it is only needed for the blue card trick.

I hope Channel 5's other channels do not go this way.

Yeah its a shame really and ends any possibility of it being on freesat like the rest in the foreseeable future.

The software is being rolled back due to issues with the most recent version.

That's probably what happened with me then.
