No changes for Spurs from last week

Lloris; Walker, Chiriches, Dawson, Vertonghen; Paulinho, Sandro; Lennon, Holtby, Townsend; Soldado

No place still for Eriksen and Siggy, both bandwagon players at different times this year, Townsend seems safe enough for the moment but if his performances slip at all he could quite easily find himself in the same boat, lots of good players on the Spurs bench. With Danny Rose still out we still don't know who the current first choice centre back partnership is but as most of this forum seems to have Dawson then the less said the better I suppose.

35 went off first in all my private leagues.

Time to swallow some pride, sturridge out. Augerio in. Minus 4 mignolet to Harper to fund it

I wouldn't do that next week, Liverpool have Fulham at home and they are dire

If Lukaku does anything here I'm in dreamland this week.

That's going to bring the Barkley bandwagon to a shuddering halt.

Lukaku vs Dawson today. Honestly, I hope Lukaku runs riot.

Then it's the Michu show at 4 starring everyone's favourite shell of a player from last year. Score you fecker.

I would start assuming Barkley's price will start to drop now after today. Those still with him should start to look elsewhere and spend the profit

Leaves me with a difficult decision. I have exactly enough to do Barkley -> Ramsey at a 4 point hit. Still not convinced its worth it, I don't even think I would start Ramsey next week.

I should have a few days to decide anyway, would be amazing if he could hold off a week before rising again.

Fwiw you couldn't get me away from the computer if I had that decision to make. That'd be an instant transfer for me, even with the fixture and the point hit.

As a United fan, I can't see a clean sheet vs Arsenal. They'll destroy our first choice midfield and there are injury doubts over Carrick AND Cleverly, both of who I'd have expected to start.

Barkley's first on my bench so Brady's idiotic cameo yesterday doesn't seem so bad after all. He should have seen red too.

I was hoping Townsend might have pulled out after that knock in the warm up. AJ and his assist are sitting in the first sub position. He'll probably come off after 10 minutes now after a bang or if he falls awkwardly on his hand

So happy I sold Barclay a few weeks ago. Townsend and lukaku for me today

Dawson and Coleman for me. 0-0 would be perfect but I can't see it happening.

Vertonghen having a stormer down the left. If only he wasn't quite so expensive!

I was already making plans to ship him out as I brought in Lukaku. I'd hope he won't drop this week so I don't have to take a hit but my expectation is that he will.

Who to replace him with is the question? I have 1.2 in the bank and my four other mids are Brady, Ramsey, Oscar and Ozil.

I'm thinking Ravel, Kasami or AJ.

    Ravel for me.

HT at Goodison, somehow 0-0 Spurs could easily have had a few

This game is going well, not one clear cut chance in that first half.

Looks like I shouldn't of benched Coleman. 0-0 will be a bad result as three of the most owned players would be Baines, Coleman and Dawson.

Anyone else think that was a penalty? I don't agree with Saunders or Carragher at all, Verthongen had a huge chunk of Coleman's jersey.

If Barkley doesn't come on is it the player who's first in the bench replaces him? Have Brady(0) Ivanovic(1) and then..drum roll..Baker(7)

I've done ok so far 76pts but surprised that Barkley hasn't got a game here at home :/

I'm telling anyone who listens that Jonny Howson could be a fantastic option. At 4.9 he's well priced and seems almost the most likely to score for Norwich, not that that's a reason to buy :pac: I'd be confident that they can turn things around, they nearly always get carved up away to the big teams but apart from Liverpool away and United at home there's bags of potential.

    Norwich's fixtures are as follows: West Ham (h), Newcastle (a), Palace (h), Liverpool (a), WBA (a), Swansea (h), Sunderland (a), Fulham (h), United (h), Palace (a).

I think it's hard to ignore that run of fixtures up until New Year and is guaranteed a start in midfield. 2 goals already this season and likes a shot. I'll be having him anyway when I can free up transfers for either AJ or Ravel.

Yep, Brady will come in with 0.

On a side note can anyone tell me why so little people(6.5%) have Reid from WhU considering his price and points collected since the strt of the season?

That's a load of balls, we should be alwed to sanction which substitute comes in..hence the role of a manager...maybe have a window during games to swap them :p

I like your thinking Mr P. You do have a penchant for picking these players.

I was watching MoTD this morning and when Shearer and Murphy started criticising Norwich's defence, I thought Mr P will not be a happy man.

You are allowed to sanction which one comes in, hence you put them in order! :D

0-0 is the one result I don't want here, due to so many people having Everton and Spurs defensive coverage.
