I bought chocolates and sweets and things today for when the trick or treaters call round but spent the evening munching on them in front of the tv so I'll be not sharing very much and probably won't be answering the door to stray children tomorrow night.

Do kids still trick or treat on their own nowadays or do parents accompany them?

A total of two kids called to my door last year, accompanied by parents. It doesn't seem to be as big a deal as it was when I was a kid. Which is a shame. I'll buy lots of stuff, just in case, but I'll probably end up eating it all myself again. :)

Watching a livestream of Yvette Fielding from Most Haunted doing a live ghost hunt. I used to watch the most haunted live every halloween and then it stopped.

Absolutely nothing. Never got the attraction, always seemed to be the biggest and most obnoxious attention seekers who hot the most into it in my day. I'm sure things have changed, but it's always been tainted for me

Got a couple of dozen of expired eggs here. Now what to do with them?

Carved a pumpkin lantern, covered my house and garden in spiderwebs, skeletons, ghosts and other tat, got myself and the kids dressed up, made a massive pot of colcannon with coins in it, fed about 13 kids and their parents then walked several miles (felt like) trick or treating, chocolate apples for the kids at home while they went through their loot. Now they're in bed and I'm sitting with a nice cup of tea and a slice of brack. I love Halloween!!

We used to watch it too. You should download Ghost Hunters, also known as TAPS. It's way better than Most Haunted, I'm watching series 9 of it at the moment.

Heading up to the missus in Dublin and then out somewhere. Need to fashion a bow & arrow for my costume first, though.

I live in Tempe, Arizona. Home of ASU which is a University that is infamous in the country. There use to be a Playboy edition featuring the girls of ASU, there's stories of pornstars attending parties on campus and all kinds of crazy shennanigans.

I'm staying in and watching The Colbert Report
