So what's everyone got planned for Halloween or the weekend? I'm working early the next morning and over the weekend so I'll be doing nothing :(

My past experience of Halloween has been going out into town only to find the clubs jammed and unable to get a drink or anything, never been to a proper Halloween house party, god I miss being a kid!

Nearly always try go out in some form on Thurs nights but tomorrow will be an exception I'd say. Just too packed, as much as I love going clubbing/late bar usually, over the past few years I haven't been able move inside/get drinks which just ruins the craic tbh. So many eejits too acting the clown in their fancy dress. It's the one night I avoid tbh

Might end up going for a few in the pub or whatever but not out out, thurs nights are the best way to start the weekend then again ;)

    Drinking Pumpkin Beer.

I bought sweets candy and decorated the garden yard last year, and not a soul knocked.

This year I am considering dressing as Walt and being the one who knocks (I am in Albuquerque after all)

Ah feck it. Drinking Pumpkin Beer will do.

I'll be sitting alone at my computer, making ghost "wooh wooooh" sounds to myself. Imagining what it'd be like if the song I'm listening to was played at my funeral.
It's Halloween all year round in my head, the rest of you are just tourists.

Horror movie binge. The Devil's Backbone, Kill List, A Tale of two Sisters, Ringu and scariest of all Near Dark. If anyone knocks on the door I'll probably have a heart attack.

I'm going to visit all my little nieces and nephews to see what their costumes.......and raid their trick or treat bags:D

I bought chocolates and sweets and things today for when the trick or treaters call round but spent the evening munching on them in front of the tv so I'll be not sharing very much and probably won't be answering the door to stray children tomorrow night.

A total of two kids called to my door last year, accompanied by parents. It doesn't seem to be as big a deal as it was when I was a kid. Which is a shame. I'll buy lots of stuff, just in case, but I'll probably end up eating it all myself again. :)

Watching a livestream of Yvette Fielding from Most Haunted doing a live ghost hunt. I used to watch the most haunted live every halloween and then it stopped.

Didn't someone commit suicide one year watching that?. Vaguely remember the uproar at the time

Absolutely nothing. Never got the attraction, always seemed to be the biggest and most obnoxious attention seekers who hot the most into it in my day. I'm sure things have changed, but it's always been tainted for me

Carved a pumpkin lantern, covered my house and garden in spiderwebs, skeletons, ghosts and other tat, got myself and the kids dressed up, made a massive pot of colcannon with coins in it, fed about 13 kids and their parents then walked several miles (felt like) trick or treating, chocolate apples for the kids at home while they went through their loot. Now they're in bed and I'm sitting with a nice cup of tea and a slice of brack. I love Halloween!!
