I might be mad, but I've just taken out Sturridge for Torres. Will move Rooney out for Suarez after the Arsenal game.

Still have Brady, Ben Arfa and Townsend in the middle, none of which I'm particularly sold on.

I know I was poking fun earlier but I did sit up and take notice a few weeks back before he got sent off against Spurs. At 8.3 and only about 50,000 ownership he could be a fantastic differential.

Just pulled the trigger on Townsend and Aguero in for Eriksen and Negredo for a 4 point hit. Hopefully it pays off.

It was actually the Spurs game that piqued my interest too. A small sample size, but he seems to be getting back to his old self. With Etoo failing to convince, I'm hoping Mou will stick with him as first choice.

Don't understand why people are bringing in Townsend. He has a grand total of 1 goal and 1 assist thus far. I'd be steering well clear of the Spurs attack in general, another blunt performance today.

Am I the only person who isn't too concerned with Michu just yet?

If in another 2 weeks he's done nothing I can expect the itchy feet but for now it's not an issue for me. Obviously if one or two of Hazard, Oscar or Silva rampage in the next 2 weeks it may be different.

You seem to be the only one all right! :pac:

I'd hold till after Cardiff at least but worried many have give up and I'll end up losing 0.3m and not have the option to swap to Oscar or Hazard without major surgery.

Think I'll leave it tonight even though he's prob gonna drop and see how value goes rest of the week.

It's all a hangover from last week when he couldn't pick up even an assist from 4, I'm keeping him for the moment and fully expect something decent from the next three weeks

Townsend is still very cheap, confidence is up and he shoots a lot even at the worst of times, at least he offers potential.

Im happy to hold for another week or two. Like you say the alternatives arent exactly ripping it up (yet) .I also have some more urgent issues.

Lukaku, Vidic and Hangeland are gone and Aguero, Terry and Ashley Williams are in for -8 and the bank is empty. That's just how I roll

How are people transferring out Lukaku? 5 from 5 so far and looks like a beast, he'll be a season-long staple of my team I reckon

I think he was a big let-down last week, with a lot of people having him as captain. That probably helped. That plus the fact that Rooney, Suarez and Aguero all seem to be doing very well at the moment. And Sturridge has a great track record as well. If you throw Giroud in the mix, Lukaku probably moved down on a few people's lists. I'm just speculating; I never had him on my own team.

Thinking of transferring him and Michu for Aguero and Brady.
    You think that's mad?

Simply because I now have Aguero, Rooney and Suarez upfront. That won't last for the season but right now I think it might be better than putting my eggs in Oscar, hazard or Silva and himself and Benteke will always be waiting if somebody puts their hand up,

Only Michu to Silva. SAS+ Lukaku my strikers, Studge to Benteke for gw 11.

I now have Aguero and Suarez. Hopefully they'll be staying for the season.

Third striker is Giroud but he'll be going for either Lukaku or Benteke over the long run I'd imagine.

Ramsey and Ozil give me more than enough Arsenal cover.

Lemlin, I am thinking of transferring Lukaku and Michu for Aguero and Brady
City and Hull fixtures v good
    Or should I transfer Giroud

Depends on your Arsenal coverage. I know at present if I had the choice of Lukaku or Giroud, I'd prefer Lukaku. Arsenal have a tough run of games coming up.

But then I have Ozil and Ramsey so am over reliant on Arsenal.

    Thank you for your reply
    I have Ozil and Ramsey.
    I have
    Lovren Toure Ivanovic Turner Turner
    Michu Ramires Ozil Ramsey Kasami
    Suarez Giroud and Kukaku

Worrying about my lack of City cover as their upcoming fixtures so favourable
Also Ramires not exactly reeling in points. Hull's fixtures quite favourable.

I was in the same predicament. I ended up getting in Dawson for Zab to fund Aguero for Giroud.

I mean how much do you have to spend on a defender.

Well he didn't, but could drop have slowed?

Barkley and maybe Coleman (0.3 profit) to get the trigger though, espcially with Everton v Spurs this week (have two spurs and three everton players at the mo)

Thinking Morrison, but not sure if just a bandwagoner or maybe more.

For Coleman, not a clue, currently have Dawson, Fonte, Shawcross, Coleman, Terry.

    1.4 in the bank.

If it's a 4m defender you need Baker from Villa is 3.9, he's in the team at the moment and has a very nice run of fixtures in a team that can keep clean sheets.(admittedly never when he's been in the team:o)

Lukaku was always a keeper for me, at the price he'll return definite value. Now have Aguero, Suarez and Lukaku up front and keeping it that way for forseeable. Now if I could just sort out this Michu problem without going hits crazy I'd nearly have a tea I'm happy with!!

    Mignolet/Davis

    Lovren-Chico-Terry-Zabaletta-Coleman

    Ramsey-Townsend-Ozil-Oscar-Januzaj

    Aguero-Lukaku-Sturridge

    Bank is 0.3

Can anyone offer advice with regard to Mignolet and Coleman, need to free up funds if i can ever get Suarez in, i am not overly keen on getting Boruc in as Southamptons games do get a bit stickier soon.

I have used my free but not against taking a hit if i can see a benefit to it
