Still trying to figure out are game-stop a joke or a playstation messing Europe around??? Having said that they are doing themselves no favors by giving out different information each time you ring them.

The latest I have been told (St Stephens Green) is that they still do not whether or not I will be the first batch or second batch. Come back in two weeks and they may no more. I was told the same thing two weeks ago.

It's nothing to do with Sony, they are not dictating to anyone, something else is going on and it is mostly the stores fault, they have more than likely oversold preorders. I got my bundle sorted on Saturday and was in and out of my Gamestop in less than a minute, they knew exactly what the story was and are always very good when it come to stuff like that, but from what I have seen others do not have that luxury.

All I can suggest for people whom have pre ordered in good faith with Gamespot online is to complain by email, facebook, twitter!

Amazon have confirmed they are offering bundles now so what GS have said about bundles not being available to online customers is BS!

Well game stop (at least the store I was in) should stop shifting the goal post. They are pushing the blame onto Sony from one day to the next. Am strongly considering cancelling my order and pick one up whenever the market is flooded with them. Def wont be purchasing anything in game stop for a long time to come.

Got a call from GS Galway today - I pre-ordered instore back in early June. They only had the Killzone game bundle for an extra 40. No mention of the camera / extra controller bundles.

Was in the Wexford Gamestop today and I only ordered on the 21st of August and the lad said i just made the second Batch, as any one who pre-ordered up to the 30th of August would get one before Xmas but not on launch day which is fair.

But something he said to me stuck with me. He said Gamestop Head office have said that you will have 3 days to collect your pre order and if you don't collect it after then you will go to the bottom of the second Batch list. This is kinda understandable as Gamestop would not want so many Consoles sitting out in a store room.I said to him, surely there will be a lot of unhappy people over this, and he said there would be and there would be carnage when they are launched.

He confirmed the PS4 Bundles which are as Posted before

Killzone, the extra controller, The camera and PS4 for €499
Watch Dogs and the PS4 for €439
Killzone and the PS4 for €439

He said they were all Sony Bundles which had been released, But coming closer to the time Gamestop themselves would Launch their OWN bundles which is good to Know.

He said at the moment they are working their Way through a list contacting people who in the first Batch for Launch day orders, to see what Bundle they wanted or if they wanted to upgrade.

That goes in line with what other countries were reporting today, if you ordered after the 30th of August they will not be able to fulfill orders till the end of January at the earliest.

Smyths are obviously doing the rounds, I got a call today (yesterday at this stage) from Smyths Fonthill and I went for the Killzone and extra controller bundle.
When I ordered I was halfway down the 3rd page of preorders and I was told I'd get one on release day. I reckon I'd be about 100 on the list.

For anyone who has preordered from Smyths, I wonder did you see this post, the same was said to my cousin today, will be a lot of disappointment on launch day if they only have 20 in each store.

I don't think it's an issue of makinig too many, especially when it appears they could have easily sold more. It's simply that production capacity is finite, especially at the beginning of a console's life cycle, so they couldn't produce more. It's the same with every console release.

I'm getting a bad feeling that Gamestop are really dropping the ball with regards to the PS4 launch! You would think that a company that was saved by customers rejecting DRM would put those same loyal customers right at the core of their business plans!

Once I get my console (if they even deliver it) from GS I shall be buying every single game from Amazon or Tescos going forward!
