    No amount of advice from people on the internet will help you OP, it seems you are too deep into this toxic thinking to process it clearly.

    I think the best thing for the both of you would be for this relationship to end.

    Have to agree with Mickery.

    I think Confusedkate is taking a lot of flack here. It's obvious that she has developed confidence issues. She's only 22 !

    Kate,you need to talk to your boyfriend. Explain the issues and how your feeling. Hopefully that will be a good first step.

    Probably the best course of action is to seek professional help. Its not as drastic as it sounds. Talking to someone can really help. If you're as insecure as you sound you need to take action.

    Also like amazingemmet said if you're a size 6 and a bit unhappy with this then you can make changes here right away. Change your food ( eat more amounts of healthy food) and get to a gym with a good regime ( not cardio!)
