Followed your lead there. Thinking of getting rid of boruc or Mig!!

Every time I leave one of them out he scores big.:o

    27 pts, following 2 weeks of 34 and 37.

    fcuck this game

people having Suarez and Sturridge don't look silly now.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,553 ✭✭✭✭Dempsey

    47 points

Could have been a disastrous week only for a sound decision and a mistake. Been starved of good captain selections in recent weeks, had Sturridge, and forgetting to put Mignolet back in for Boruc bagged me an extra 8 points.

Thank you Artur(biggest score I've ever gotten from a goalie) and Daniel, the difference between a poor week and a catastrophic one.
    42(-4)

I need a break. I really hate my weekends right now, the international break is good news, I'm not gonna look at my team for 10 or 12 days,
lost my Champs league match also, a few weeks ago winning in that made a crappy weak tolerable.

On my bench, say no more.

Took at 8 point hit to bring in Suarez and Lukaku for Rooney & Giroud - so ended up with a net gain of 1 point and now have both players who I want medium-term so delighted I took the hit. No massive gain but made up for the points hit which is all you can hope for really.

50 points this week - very happy with that thanks to Mr Boruc :)

Can't believe nobodies rolled in yet with a "ah yeah, got 65 points, disaster". Boards seems to have collectively had a mare.

18 for sturridge and the rest were appearance points. Finished with 32 which is reasonable for the awful week it seems everyone had.

Lambert, Ben Arfa and Moses are all on my chop block. At least there is a break to decide.

    52 - It'll do.

Largely thanks to Sturridge and Remy. Bar those two I would have been in trouble

Can anyone beat 21 in my game of fantasy football razz? I feel as though I've really outdone myself here!

Just came back home, logged in and shocked to see my score. 35(-4). Really bad week. And Boruc on bench, but I will never get this right...

A few people have gotten scores of over 50 and said 'not too bad'. F**k off please! Over 40 is a decent score this week - luckily the difference between a good (45) and bad (25) score is only minimal. Weeks like GW1 when many scored over 100 and I got 66 - they are the weeks that kill you. Nobody should be worried about this week, it shouldn't make a difference in the long run.

50(-4) very happy with that. Ramsey and giroud doing nothing was a bonus. Delighted with my boruc and davis as cheap as it gets 8.5 combo going to stick with it till jan wildcard now. No agonising over which keeper to play and southampton looking very solid. Utd away next is tough but some nice fixture after that.

Looks like there's a lot of us on here not doing well compared with last year. Seems I'm not thee only one who has missed out on a few bandwagons.

Did well today surprsingly with 51. Boruc, rvel and sturridge (c) accounted for most of that. These sort of weeks dont tend to be as important as others as in if you have bad score you dont fall behind as much

55 points for me this week with no hits so more than happy after my 87 last week as well.

Main issues I currently have with the squad are Vidic (probably swap for Terry), Lampard (probably for Michu), and Soldado, although I'm likely to give him more time.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,600 ✭✭✭roryc

I'm holding on to Vidic, I can see United tightening up soon. Southampton and Stoke up next, both at home. They have the International break to get their act together defensively.

I'd prefer not to have to shift him but I'm just not convinced. I think Chelsea are a much more solid outfit and Terry also poses more of a goal threat. Plus Chelsea at home to Cardiff appeals more than Utd at home to Southampton, who are full of confidence and look like they could score against anyone right now.

    27 (-4).

One of my worst scores ever I think!

I wouldn't mind but my team isn't that bad; Hart,Coleman, Dawson, Mertesacker, Barkley, Michu, Ozil, Moses, RVP, Giroud and Lukaku.

An awful season so far, 303 points ranked 1.72 million!

33 (-4). Really not what I expected going into this week. Suarez's bonuspointgate has "cost" me 6 but what really annoyed me was the 4 I missed out on with Hangeland going off at H/t against Stoke. What a way to kick me when I'm down when I really should've just gone down the Spurs or Southampton route in GW 4. Lesson learned.

Kos getting a bonus and Ramsey coming off and being celebrated in such a manner speaks volumes. It's funny that we've been here for at least half of the GWs so far this year. Guess we just dust ourselves down and move onwards once again. If I can find a way to plot my assault against the red-arrows I'm not going to worry about point hits.

    22 ... I think my worst ever week :(

40pts this week....transfers made for next game week!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,022 ✭✭✭jamesbere

Thinking of taking a hit and bring in lukaku for giroud. Took hits the last 2 week's paid off last week and would of paid off this week if spurs didn't collapse. City have 2 away games next but negredo might turn out to be a good signing. Looking at how alot of other players did I think my gw might not of been a total disaster.

I'm only jokin'. I saw your post and couldn't resist. I got a good laugh from that, thanks.
I only got 49 points. It was a very bad week, though, all the same.
