Netflix - Ulster Bank Visa Debit not working

Hi Guys, Hope this is the right forum. I am trying to sign up to Netflix, I only have a visa debit card from Ulster Bank, but netflix won't accept it, anybody have the same issues or is there away around it without setting up a PayPal?

You can fix this problem by installing the netflix mod apk app at TechBigs.
