MDMA cannot be called a safe drug, fair enough thousands do it everyweekend, but the physiological effects are far from safe and nertological effect is not safe either

It's actually considered one of the safest drugs.

    No.

That would be against the rules.

And it's something you should research and decide for yourself.

I would never recomend anybody try anything on somebody else's say so.

Do your own research and make your own mind up but never get pressurised into taking something if you're not comfortable doing so.

In the case of pills most people reccomend you only take half one to start and indeed always start a session by only taking half...gobbling handfulls and double dropping is for freaks.

    Use =/= Abuse.

Christ, drink enough water and you'll die.

I cant remember if they were Green Apples or Green Ghosts.
They were Green something for definite. So seems there is a particularly bad batch of Greens going around.

    This.

It might sound mean of me, but I don't give a fúck what happens to idiots when they take drugs. I like using them, and have never had a problem with any of the many, many different drugs I have used and enjoyed.

Educate yourself, stay safe. Or don't, like I said I don't give a fúck.

    Again, ask the question:
    • Why are there so many warehouse like drinking establishments in town centres?
To harvest money from idiots, same as the drug dealers do?

Idiots that spend their whole life doing things they don't really want to be doing & think being high is actually their "real" personality coming out or some shite.

think being high is actually their "real" personality coming out or some shite.

    So true.

Drugs just turn you into a caricature of yourself.

    But fuck me it's fun.

Who are these "drug" scum you speak of? Why is some teenager who takes a pill and goes dancing deserving of death in your eyes?

    Don't be so bloody ignorant.

I had blue ghosts last week and they were fine. What you'd wanna stay away from is the Blockbusters. I took 1 one night, woke up the next day with the mother of all headaches. I thought maybe it was because I drank loads of whiskey so gave them another go a week later. This time only a half of one. Within an hour the severe migraine/headache turned up. I honestly thought I was going to die and I was ready to call an ambulance for myself. The only reason I didn't was because my head hurt far too much to even lift up a phone to my ear. I've heard the same happened to some other people so be warned.

Sure isn't it magic mushroom season, just pick some of them instead. Had a weird oul time on them a few days ago.

The problem with MDMA and ecstasy is new users thinking a half or even a full pill is doing nothing for them, and doing what's called "double dropping."

This means they've taken double the dosage they planned to, and most of the time a yoke won't kick in for at least a half hour to an hour after they drop it, so by the time they feel the effects from the double drop they'll be out of it altogether.

Seldom hear much about the negative effects of drugs on these threads.Such as overdosing, blackouts, mental illness, night's spent in A+E,hallucinations...etc.

Because nobody in this thread supports the excessive use of drugs, only the sensible use of them.

You don't see people posting about water intoxication in the fitness forum when discussing the benefits of hydration.

Doesn't have to be excessive to have negative effects.

Do you think that drug users should be criminalised and if so, how do you reconcile this with your idea that it is the governments responsibility to protect its citizens?

It does if you're talking about Alcohol, MDMA, LSD, Weed and so on.

At least for the negative effects you listed.

(Except hallucinations. Wouldn't consider them negative effects.)

Ireland is going ****ing mad for pills lately...

Just be safe please if you're going to use then get them off someone you know and trust, use test kits that are pretty cheap or use a certain website that has reports.

And to the condescending people in this thread enjoy your 15 pints.

They should be illegal and if they're illegal you have to have a deterrent and a consequence.

Could anyone please PM me a good spot to find some magic mushrooms? I live in Dublin. Did them a few years ago in Thailand and had a great time. Too worried about picking poisonous ones over here though.

That's an answer to the first part of the question, what about the second part; "how do you reconcile this with your idea that it is the governments responsibility to protect its citizens?"

You may want to edit that post, against the charter to advise people on obtaining illegal substances, I'd say your risking a ban there, could be wrong. Also you could land boards.ie in a fair aul hole of trouble .

Blue Ghosts? Well, it has an active ingredient which is a dangerous psychoactive compound known as dimesmeric andersonphosphate. It stimulates the part of the brain called Shatner's Bassoon. And that's the bit of the brain that deals with time perception. So, a second feels like a month. Well, it almost sounds like fun...unless you're the Prague schoolboy who walked out into the street straight in front of a tram. He thought he'd got a month to cross the street.

Cake.. The new metabolically bisterbile drug from Prague!

    ;)
