Expect the cork excuses to start soon as it will be corks mistakes no doubt that "allowed" Clare to win

Jesus go enjoy the deserved victory instead of throwing little digs

Best hurling champioship in years and the final was the best series of games since the Limerick/Tipp saga a few years back.

    Epic. I love hurling :D

to be serious now, if Nash's attempt had gone in, would it be a legal goal?

JBM reminds me of Roy Keane. He calls it exactly as he sees it.

Fair play to Jimmy Barry Murphy, good summation of the game.

Seriously?? what about the time Nash wasted coming up.
Watch any game back and I would safely say the ball would be only in play about 35 mins of the 70.

Nash did waste alot of time coming up, and he took forever to puck out the ball in the 67th minute .
Mayo did the same thing last week ,wasted at least 1 minute over 2 late frees, baffling behaviour, when behind in a match.
The ref should still add on the time wasted by both sides .

Bringing your keeper up is always going to waste time. I guess it's a tradeoff - you lose a lot on the clock while he comes up but if he's your best chance of getting a goal then I guess you don't have a choice.

I don't watch a lot of hurling I'm more a gaa football fan but both hurling finals where amazing.

My county wasn't playing this weekend but bloody hell I felt proud watching that match!

After watching soccer all day then watching this felt so good to feel this game came from our country and deserves to be at the top level considering the pure level of passion the players staff and fans show.

Fair play to all of them and great game to watch no matter what sport u follow or where ur from there's no doubting the gaa is one of the most exciting things u can watch anywhere in the world.

    Congratulations Clare.

of course he did, like other people there it was his constant participating , attending of games throughout the year that got him a priority placing in the ticket allocation :)

No I'd say he refers to the Limerick Tipp Munster championship games a few years back

That Cork team will be so hungry next year. JBM is bringing them up one level at a time. Congrats to Clare. Great day to be a West Brom fan from Ennis :pac:

Is this your first time watching a game.? If you knew anything you would know JBM is one of the most gracious men in the game.
