Also, I am like a kid at christmas waiting for my damn truck. Deposit placed pending outcome of the DOE test. I just want to get the new baby (or should that be behemoth) home!

Sorry to break up the romantic interlude guyz!

After the ford truck, i think something like this is in order.

I like the idea of buying commercial v8 rather than an e39 m5. I would hate the idea of paying 1809 motor tax for a second car. The only way that would happen would be if I got an e60 m5 as my daily. Currently doing the sums on that one.

    F*ck you very much

To balance this out, its my own meanness that it broke, haven't ordered a new one. Lets see if the super epoxy holds it for a while

But as a second car I would want an e39. e60s are still a fair bit too pricey for the next couple of years.

Either way, Can ya still do all that malarky and convert an estate to commercial for commercial tax? Thought they stopped all that, no?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,728 ✭✭✭✭CianRyan

Don't see why you couldn't really and the E60 could well be your daily. :D

Otherwise, get an E39 530i touring as a second car on commercial tax. :)

    In my experience it goes

Sense first, then cash then space
