Dunno about having it on tap (a lot of that is down to you and circumstance perhaps) but it's safe to say that college should definitely be one of the times in your life where sex is more freely available.

Dating was a lot different in college too. Sad but true, like most people, I'm shallow. The truth is, for nearly everyone, they'll never be as fit or as attractive as they are in college. I'm pretty ugly, but I'm uglier now than when I was in college. Most of us aren't in great shape, we've got a few extra pounds - and most of us just keep adding pounds as we get older. I look at pictures from my universities days and look at the girl I used to think wasn't pretty enough to date and, by mid-30 standards, she's a total babe. By my age, you have the situation where 'all the good ones are taken' and a bunch of the single ones have kids or ex-spouses....and most people are more concerned about what you do for a living than who you are.

In college, nobody cares about your job. You don't have one. They don't have one. It's cool to a bum in college. I could go to a bar and talk to a girl and say, 'Yeah, I go to class....sometimes' and it was cool. Ask an unemployed guy in his late 30s what the dating scene is like. It sucks.

I look back at the classes I took. Most of them were required general education B.S. that had no use to me. I regret that I cared as much as I did.

After my first job, nobody cares about my classes. It's just a checkbox on job requirements. 'Oh - does he have a degree? Okay - we can consider him'.

I wish I would have spent less time studying and more time getting drunk. Nobody cares that I scored a 100% on my philosophy exam 12 years ago. My life isn't better for it. But that night I get really drunk and made out with some hot french girl - that is a memory I'll cherish for the rest of my life.

I'm not advocating failing out of school - but it's a once in a lifetime opportunity and I'd advise everyone to take advantage of that.

Indeed, the key to college is getting the balancing act right between social life and actually passing.
Determine what exactly is required to pass each module you are doing, work to maximise the "easy" marks, be they based on attendance, course work etc, determine any "mandatory" requirements then work to get the bare minimum require to pass each module.
Anything over the bare minimum can be viewed as a bonus or having put too much work into it.

Depends I guess. I didn't have sex with anyone during my 4 years at college, there were no girls in my course and I had no interest in going out. The simple advice is you will probably be able to have as much sex as you want to have. I didn't really care so I didn't try, but if it's important to you then you will make it happen.

Just make sure to stay safe and protected.

Also I never understood the appeal of getting drunk or going drinking. Maybe it's just me but I can't have conversations with people in pubs, I can barely hear them and I can't raise my voice enough to clearly say what I want to say. And if you're drunk you're just being a nuisance and a burden for other people.

I entered college as a mature student, never stood a chance getting called gramps and the the word beginning with paedo.
Remember going on the weekly pi55 up with the lads and just giving advice to the girls like a parent would but not a chance would one shift me.
Really disheartened by the whole affair and my OH could never understand why I was so downbeat during the weekends alone in my bedroom.
