Thanks again Yawns but from what I read with regards to Balterio Laminate and Steam I'm not going to risk it - I'm selling my one if anyone is interested - I'll return it tomorrow if I don't hear from anyone. Cheers.

No worries. I assure you it will work fine on laminate and lino. My hall, living room & kitchen will attest to that :D

Reservation number available for Liffey valley for collection tomorrow

Just grabbed one in Naas, thanks OP.

    Paddy

BTW For anyone worried about using it on polished porcelain (we'ed been told before it wasn't a good idea to use a steam cleaner on them). I found the following, from a retailer in Oz - recommending their use, which I trust above a lot of here say about them not being a good idea.

    Turn that frown...

Surely it is better that someone on the thread gets it rather than some random non-Boardsie?

    I don't see how

    Picked mine up last night.
Many thanks to OP and especially Walt123 for the code.
The guy who gave it to me compared the receipt to the box half a dozen times so I thought I was in trouble, he mumbled something and I just said that it mentioned online that an alternative might be supplied.
It was after closing time so I'd say he just wanted to go home.

For anybody with laminate flooring you need to check your floor manufactures instructions as per instruction on the VAX box.

Got one of these in Tralee yesterday. Did a pretty good job on the tiles and the wood flooring.

I have a reservation for 1 in Killarney that I was going to get for the parents but theyre not interested. The reservation is valid till the end of today. If you're interested in code then reply here and I will pm it.
