Preview sounds unreal! I didn't really want to read it but I wouldn't kid myself! Great to see Checkpoints from TBOGT are in, you keep any weapons you find even if you die or get busted and the driving sounds fun. Just 2 weeks lads, mental stuff!

Yup, pretty good read. He details five missions he played through but only from a gameplay perspective really. I didn't see anything that set spoiler bells ringing. Sounds brilliant, I really wish it was 13 days, 6 hours and 3 minutes from now

Parts of what he talks about are missions which have already been shown in the trailers. The rest is pretty much "It looks... glorious..." and "F*ck the next gen". Really nothing too spoilery but also nothing major in it that really requires any reading or that we didn't know. Just saying how well certain features work and how beautiful and full of life the game looks and feels.

The way he mentions it and the other guy is like, "yeah, whatevs" indicates he knows exactly what he is on about.

See, this is why I skipped the second, third and fourth pages of the ign article, I kinda feel like I want to experience every aspect of this world myself and uncover all these things off my own determination.
I know these vids are supposed to hype the game, but honestly I feel like I can't be looking forward anymore and I think any more info or details about missions and stuff may take away from that slightly.

Same. I'm pretty much imposing a blackout on previews from here on out. I only watched the IGN video because I knew they'd avoid spoilers as much as possible. From now on outlets will have more licence to reveal little bits of story, even if just by accident.

The evening I get home could be towards the end of September though! I'll gladly haul my PS3 with me and play it when away if I can get a copy on release day. I started my two-week notice period yesterday after handing in my resignation letter

Nah, I do have the full week booked off but I've only had one day off in about 5 months so I think I deserved it anyway
