Awkward situations in hospitals

I have mentioned this to my friends and they all disagree with me. Currently I need physiotherapy due to scolious pain management, and been going a few weeks. Normal warm rocks and massages and then given exercises (which are more impossible than yoga) to do. Few days ago, she done an exercise to test and move my back muscles. I had to lie on the bed then she would pull my left side while I tried to resist by pulling to my right and visa versa, which hurts like hell. However, during this her (perfectly fine) breasts were pushed up against mine, then at one point right in my face. Now. It got even more awkward when she made eye contact and must have seen that my pupils were as far dilated as possible, then she quickly apologised and said 'sorry I forgot to say this is a kinda invasive exercise'. My friends all think 'but shure aint that the best thing ever' however I felt very embarrassed and kinda wanted the ground to swallow me up. Yeah, I know I am gay already, but I just went into to get my back fixed and bam, boobs. I dont know if I want to go back, should I change physio or just go back and pretend nothing happened? And my back still feels like ****e no thanks to it all. Anyone else had something similar happen?

Pretend like nothing happened, she probably won't remember it.

    Had she nice boobs?

If my extensive research on porn has taught me anything, give your lad a good cleaning before your next appointment

A female doctor decided that she needed to probe my arse with her finger when I had pneumonia. Does that count?

    I hope she doesn't have a "lad" :P

Why is this even an issue for you?

Have you ever been touched by someone before OP?

Oh my apologies if the OP is female.

I have a sore back also, what's the physio's number?

My dentist is very overweight. My head is pretty much mushed into her boobs when she works. It is quite horrifying.

Is she gay too? More to the point, is she good looking?

I can't figure out if the OP is a man or a woman.

    They were "perfectly fine" apparently.

Yeah, 2weeks till I return, I hope she forgets by then, might be easier to forget about it. And yes, 10/10

I think mainly because I was given a female doctor because I am female. Like, I doubt she would have been as hands on or in my face, literally, if I was male, so noticing I was gay might have been rather uncomfortable for her and I felt rather awkward about the whole situation.

i had a teacher like that, she'd learn over me from behind resting her boobs on my shoulder *shudders :(

Similar thing happened to me at the dentist OP, but it was awkward because of my actions.

When I was 18 I had a tooth pulled, and afterwards I asked the (hot) dental nurse (who was showing some cleavage) to bring me something to wipe the saliva/blood/whatever from all over my face. She hadn't got anything and said I could wipe my face on the bib she was wearing. So I grabbed her and mashed my face into her chest. She looked at me uncomfortably, but with a wry smile on her face, for about 5 seconds in silence. She then left in a hurry and I never saw her again.

My dentist walked up to me a few minutes later and with a mischievous grin proceeded to bro-fist me.

    Best dentist visit ever.

When you're in the doctor's room sitting at the desk and they're typing away for ages and there's just a dead silence other than the keys and mouse.

She was sure it was just constipation. :pac: Ended up having to get a second opinion the next day and did indeed have pneumonia. :pac:

She might not have 'noticed' you are gay. So what if she did? Next time just say 'nice boobs' and wink. :p

if you're embarrassed just ask for a different physio op, no harm done.

Trying to say 'Aaaah' without blowing your smelly breath in the doctor's face.

I wouldn't worry about it. This sort of thing is pretty common, and she won't think much of it. It's up to the person in the position of responsibility to maintain the appropriate boundaries. They're going to be accustomed to having people go a bit moon-eyed for them sometimes if they're attractive. Only likely to be any bother when the attraction is returned really. Unlikely to make any difference to her that you happen to be the same sex. Sounds like she might have been a bit surprised, but not that she was bothered by it or anything.

True. I might attend the next appointment with her and try and judge if she never noticed/forgotten, but if I continue to feel awkward I can ask for another physio.

Obviously a quick prostate check, which makes sense if you are over 50 and a male? But if not? Then she probably just thought you had an impressive arse.

I wouldn't be too worried bout it OP. I'm sure its just part and parcel of the job for her.
Sure every time I get my hair cut or my eyes tested I usually end up with someone's boobs right in my face at eye level.

Yeah something along those lines happened to me when I was getting my eyes checked. Wouldn't call it embarrassing or awkward, just weird and slightly funny.

Anyway was getting my eyes examined, lights off and all and then the optician gets the light and checks my eyes. Now she gets ridiculously close to me....as in her face is brushing off mine. This was grand but she was plastered with moisturiser and stuff and I could feel it coming off onto me. And then as she was moving back her lip quickly brushed off mine. I stayed strong and calm and didn't move a muscle anyway as I didn't find her attractive and I guess it happened so fast but you could tell she knew what had happened. She turned on the lights and she was a little flustered and stuff. Then she let me out and I was met by one of the nurse's who was ridiculously hot and I was like "why couldn't you have been smarter" :pac:

Oh dear God an earlier post reminded me of a teacher with large breasts who would stand behind you when the tv was on and sometimes they sat on your shoulder, I blocked that out for a reason *shudder*

i think you are overreacting about innocent contact tbh, the nurse was doing her job and happend to push her boobs into yours, same way i had to get some physio on me right ankle before and the physio was leaning over me her boobs brushed my legs , i enjoyed it but it was accidental
