    Sharon thinks an "all-out" strike is too drastic.

    So the first caller doesn't mind them going on strike as long as its not on the service she is using.

    Good point about the bus lanes.

    Classic Liveline caller, rings up to support the wurkers, doesn't know anything as to the background of the strike, and sure doesn't take the bus anyway.

    And as for the callers unaware there was a strike, understandable if you're a tourist arriving in the country, but for someone in Ireland to be unaware ?

    Buses in Ireland are expensive, unreliable and disorganised. Management want to bring down costs but the drivers are going on strike. Thats why they don't have the support of the nation.

    Im not being mean, but Im not sure if a bus driver should have a massive mortgage.
