    And no fear on the feckers either - twould walk straight up to ya without a care in the world. Seeing the same impertinence with Pigeons these days too! Back in the day, birds knew their place in the world and kept a good distance from people!

    My thoughts exactly. Was in rathmines the other day and one landed on the roof of a car and was just standing there staring people out of it. No fear whatsoever. I'd genuinely be fearful of them around little children.

    iv'e got two seagulls camped outside my house daily,was feeding a local stray cat and they turned up to steal the food.they never leave and their easily two foot tall!
