Have it, but unless you are making a lot of calls abroad, it won't save you a lot. With o2 prepay these days you can get all calls to landlines and other networks for €10 per month. Text bundles for €5 for 250 and as much internet as you'll use for €10 per month. I know of people getting bills of €70 or €80 per month for much less!

48months one of the best, on the 02 network. I had looked at getting a contract and putting it through the farm books, but it was way cheaper just to prepay with cash on 48months.

I know you can make the font bigger, but is there any way of making the touch keys for typing bigger???? :o Surely this is an issue for farmers the country over :pac:

I forget the name for this but you can put your finger on the first letter of what ever word you want to type and just drag to the next letter without lifting your finger off, and so on until you've dragged to all the letters. Saves a lot of tapping. You can also speak into it if you use the microphone button, but that feature isn't great.

Swype, it's a great feature when you get used to it.

Had an interview today, jesus I'd forgotten how much I detest them.

On the way I passed by a certain exporter in the midlands that likes his privacy, a lot of trees cut down from around it so it's not nearly so concealed now:pac:
When did that happen? Last time I seen it you could just make out the tops of sheds.

+1 to all of that - the brethern will soon know what is in your place.

If you "run" them enough times, they soon won't come back.

They love you taking a photo of their vehicle or writing down the reg plate :D[/quote

One of the best uses for your phone is taking pics of them indigenous Irish drives them mad.

I wonder would they let us post them on a new sticky on boards, entitled "Look who called to my yard today":D

Been out on the hill looking for three woolies and found diddly squat. Only so many days they can dodge me before I get fed up of them and put them on the mart list.

    Hi All,

Does a NH TS115 seem decent value at £10,750 (unsold lot at cheffins)?

    Lot 1035

    2001 NEW HOLLAND TS115 4WD TRACTOR 8260 hrs. Ser.No.3N241-AA

    http://www.cheffins.co.uk/machinery/unsoldlots.asp

Neighbour paid 17k for the same tractor with similar hours last March. Local dealer wanted 22k for one at same time.

I wonder why it was unsold? Is there a fault? You'd need a mechanic to look over it before committing. I assume that's a Sterling price and it would be plus vat at 20%. That would put it over 17k.

Spotted this lone f***er in a sea of brown, burnt grass.

I swear, come the nuclear apocalypse, the only things that'll survive are cockroaches and docks. And probably them f***ing rushes too.

I'm glad to see it. We are on a scheme where a few of the other members are careless. They have leaks and won't. Fix them, troughs overflowing, filling slurry tanks with them for agitating and generally ensuring that others have poor pressure and unreliable service. When they are metered they won't be so careless. We already pay an annual charge so now those that use the most will have to pay the most. That's how it should be!!!
