It would seem black people are better looking at it but its just the fact that 9/10 kids who take up rap are black so the majority are always going to be black they also potray the gangster image better and are more marketable for record companys but there is nothing scientific to say that black people are better at rap than white people it just seems to be the way that most rappers are black the same way most jockeys are small most politicians are white etc its more of a cultural demographic thing

No, not genetically or naturally anyway.

There are far more black rappers than there are white rappers, and because of that, there are far more good black rappers than there are good white rappers, but not any more per capita. There are also far more bad black rappers than there are bad black rappers.

You could ask the same question "Do you think White people rap better than Asian people?" and the answer would be the same, there are far more white rappers than there are Asian rappers.

And so on.

Good black rapper:

And so forth.
