They definitely do, by and large, though I'd say it's more of a cultural thing than due to anything inherent. This bestows them with a good sense of rhythm and is probably the reason why blacks are considered better dancers, as well as why they've been so influential in the evolution of 20th-century music despite only making up a small portion of the population.
