This part tells you it wasn't me. ;)

Was driving back from Clare yesterday, so it wasn't me no. Sounds similar alright but I wouldn't put German style plates on anything let alone a Focus.

M3 was silver. Heading towards Sutton/Howth.

I was heading the other way!

It looked very very similar, even had the RS alloys, reckon they might have been plastidipped too, also had the front splitter too! Looked and sounded gorgeous anyway!

Jaysus, that top gear episode was awful...

Hovervan made me lol at times.

The fact that the first version even came reasonably close to working with only the engine from a BMW K100 bike for lift was astounding.

    I want a hovervan

I was on the m7 there this morning and came across a Scania truck, felted out to the balls, just when you think the impossible can't be done, this comes along, yellow felt plates, mudflaps that were that long they were dragging along the ground, even had an exit sign screwed the back of the trailer it was towing, this country never ceases to amaze me

There was a truck show on in Mondello yesterday so it could have been from there, lots of weird and wonderful trucks

Great day out to be fair

That would explain the racing trucks I seen yesterday so, I'd love to go to one of those but sure like everything, nobody ever tells me, it might have been, but this looked like it was in use, plus the 40ft container it was towing didn't look very show standard

Well here's a quick update from Switzerland. I would tell you all that the scenery is lovely but you lot would have no interest in that:pac:

So the cars then, Nearly all of them are french or german, nearly nothing Japanese However the first thing I saw when I got out of the airport was a Carina E Taxi :P. By far the most common jap car here is the MX5:eek:. I have seen I think 8 over the last two days and maybe only 25-30 other jap cars. One thing that is fantastic here is that Diesel costs more per l than petrol and as a result lots of cars use the correct fuel:) You really notice the cleaner air around towns as a result!
Tax seams to not be an issue as there is a lot of bigger engined stuff too. The boss man drives an early saab 900 turbo which is a lovely motor:)

I expect an in depth analysis of this when you get back :pac:

Have an awesome trip though :)

Anyone know anything about that Waterless Wash & Wax that Aldi have in this week? I might give it a go, just as a quick detailer.

There is a good bit of Italian stuff too, much more than there is jap stuff. We were passed by a Ferrari F430 since my last post. I don't like the look of them but it sure sounded :cool::cool: The road we were on had a lot of tunnels, was a pitty that we weren't going through one when he passed us:(

I can't for for Friday to come so I can buy a new battery for the Roadster.
It's just gone beyond flat, It wont hold a charge over night so it needs to be jumped to get it going.

    NOT COOL!

Can you not source a freebie battery from someone that might solve this for you outright if not help troubleshoot the issue?
