    The guy sitting beside of her and making fun of her is 100% Irish. The other guy has an American accent but it may be put on, some pronounciations are closer to Irish right at the beginning.

    They could well all be Irish, many Irish English teachers (myself included) end up with vaguely North American accents eventually, from trying to hide their Irish twang and sound semi-comprehensible to foreigners.

    Don't bother naming him, I'm happy enough to know that he'll do this kind of thing again but at some stage he'll do it to a girl who is with her b/f or brother(s) who will then give him the hidin' of his life. You go around acting the dick then you'll eventually get what's coming to you.
