Direct debit for laser eye surgery?

Hi, Im just wondering if anyone went for Laser eye surgery in Cork and if so can you pay by direct debit? I haven't gone for any consultation or anything yet but really don't want to take out another loan to get it done...

I think you have to pay by laser.
