Also the birds eye bear. Scares the bejayus outta me.

That's because he's voiced by Willem Dafoe, a creepy ****er in his own right.

Russell Kane. I thought he was just a sh*t presenter, but apparently he's a comedian.

    Appalling.

Eddie Hobbs. Remember 'Show Me the Money' and those magical credit unions loans that participants used to get at the end of the show just for walking in off the street? Remember him staring down his nose at a few people just because they were still living at home rather that getting the their foot on the 'property ladder'.
i almost forgot about Anne cassin.its not particularly anything she says or does that makes me find her so irksome,i can't put my finger on it but she just gives me the creeps.

Where do I start on this :

    In politics :

Gerry Adams, Mary Lou McDonald, Pat Rabbitte, Clare Daly, Joan Collins (worst TD ever), Michael Healy-Rae to name but a few.

    Outside of that :

Pretty much every reality TV star, Alan Hughes, Aidan Cooney, Sarah Millican and anyone who uses the phrase "the most vulnerable members of society".

Kathryn Thomas? She is dead on. One of the soundest people in the TV world.

That newish soccer commentator along with Kenny Cunningham at half time

I cringe and hang my head in shame while shaking it.

Richie Sadlier? I actually think he speaks more sense than the rest of the gobsh*tes on the panel. Far better than Kenny Cunningham. What is cringe-worthy is Brian Kerr stumbling over the foreign players names in an over emphasised salt of the earth Dublin twang.

Also there's someone doing commentary alongside George Hamilton with a thick Dublin accent for the confederations cup. Maybe it's Kerr too. He had me in stitches trying to pronounce the Nigerian names. Watch out for him tonight when Italy play. He is a great laugh for Italian names too.

As for other annoying eejits on TV, has someone mentioned Russell Howard? Someone give that kid some valium and tell him gently that he's not funny.

Don't have a tv, and stopped watching it about 1989 with very rare exceptions such as the 9/11 footage.

But when I have the misfortune to go into an Irish pub and all the tvs are blaring with some commercial soccer from a foreign country destroying conversations between people who actually know each other, I do say "Oh fúck" and go back out the door as quickly as I went in.

I've never like him as a TV personality, but I've met enough people, whose opinion on others I would trust, who say he's actually a gent off-air.

I've heard the complete opposite from somebody who knew him well a few years back.

Henry "The Eighth" Healy. You're no more a cousin of Obama than my neighbours dog! The way Tourism Ireland bring him out of the woodwork every time Obama comes is cringe-worthy.

We really should not need to bow down to Obama like this. He's been a poor president. He could have made a real difference. Instead he has toed Big Sam's usual line of hypocrisy and spin.
