    Bah!
I have about 30/40mins from door to car park.
    I'd love a love a local job.

I have an hour drive to work and takes 1 hour and 10 to get home.

I have to go into Clarks and find something that looks decent but doesn't kill me feet.
    .

Any heavy lifting involved or expected? Like returning moved furniture to its home position etc? Pretty certain their obliged to supply steel capped shoes then......

Ain't he working in a hotel? Seeing as he's cleaning rooms I'm guessing he's housekeeping as opposed to a porter so wouldn't really apply as there would be little / no moving.

Cian, come clean my room biatch! :pac:

Doesn't matter. Customer shifts furniture and the cleaners have to reposition it.

Friend of mine has an e90 2005 320d and there's a rattle coming from the gearbox area when he half depresses the clutch? Any ideas? There's not high mileage on it from what I remember. It changes gear fine and doesn't make a noise in normal use that you can hear

I had a rattle I couldn't figure out for ages.

Turns out three weeks later I found that I had no less than 4 pens rattling around in my sunglases holder :p

    LOL:D

I've had this in the past, spent hours dismantling a glovebox once to no avail only to discover as I was putting everything back together that there was a hidden storage compartment under the passanger seat and that there was a screw rattling around in there:mad:

Called by the garage yesterday after work and he put the car in the showroom so I could see it all cleaned up and mudflapped:)

Getting a C Plate I take it? Have to see who's more effecient - have an S60 in and ready in Cork, to be registered as early as they can on Monday.

That probably means at some point late Monday afternoon after they've got the important ones out of the way

Is it there when in neutral and the clutch isn't depressed and gone when the clutch is depressed?

My opinion is that it's the DMF. Mine does the same as does almost every BMW when the engine is up to operating temp.

Don't think so no. Just when it's half depressed. After googling it a bit a few people have the exact same issue and had to get the flywheel changed. Suppose he just has to wait and see! :D

On my old E39 the clutch got very heavy and juddered a little. Mechanic told me it was the flywheel but I traded it in against the E38 as was so can't say that it was defo the problem for sure.

Be very careful on the M50 roundabouts at the Carrickmines exit there's a lot of diesel spilt on them and 'tis very slippery.

That's probably Dgt after screwing his fuel pump again .

Its a bit tacky looking if I am honest, Im sure the engine is great but all that pink on the interior and some of the body styling just looks wrong on a BMW or is it just I am working late and my sarcasm meter is not working?
