    Hello all!

    What have I missed? I've had a crazy few weeks. Got a new job with way better conditions and decided to defer my masters for at least a year. Have to hand in my notice at my current job today and I'm bricking it, I hate grownup stuff!

    I hadn't seen it before and I was horrified. One care assistant was shouting into a resident's face and treating her roughly, looking back at the undercover one trying to get approval and be egged on. I was so angry watching it. Moreso because my gran is in a nursing home. Thank God things have improved.

    oh god! they had the windows and all open on it this morning and it was still roasting!

    we had to do a scavenger hunt round london so I got to see big ben and westminister abbey which was pretty cool :)

    Yep, the Central line is always sweltering! I try to avoid it if at all possible as I just want a shower after being on it.

    While I am disappointed that it is no longer sunny. I feel weird in appreciating the silver lining that I don't have to put sun cream on my face. That stuff is fecking expensive, even at 50% off.

    UUGGGHHHHH my boss is really very good at some aspects of his job.... but he's absolutely CAT at HR, internal communications, and being a motivator. I'm bursting with frustration.
