    Would lemon curd fall under the umbrella of jam ? I like lemon curd and my great-great granny used to swear that "lemon curd,makes a solid turd"

    Afraid not..

    It was established in the other dole thread that neither lemon curd or Marmite qualify as jams.

    I was banned for mentioning Marmite in the last thread.
