great if you know someone that can fix citroen suspension (if it goes wrong) when i lived in derby we had a couple of independant citroen specialists who would repair suspension for the same as normal struts. round here i could imagine my local indpependants scratching their heads when faced with citroen suspension. same a facelifted 05 for 2800 on carzone as well (well tempted by that) - if anyone has better news on the suspension i would be interested because those c5's seem to be massive bargains at the moment

    facelifted (i assume )1.6 hdi http://www.ryanmotorpower.com/used-cars/Citroen/C5/1.6-HDI/36513690508630950/

has to be missing doors or something for that price though seeing as no photos

total ball of ****e thoses c5's , awful build quality, i have a 99 Xantia t/d that has never missed a beat, i had a 1.8 petrol C5 , among the list of things that went wrong are interior door handles always break off, driver door wouldnt open, electric window with a mind of their own, terrible fuel consumption 18-27mpg, epic oil consumption, slow as fcuk, avoid the c5 at all costs, this is from a citroen fan.

    I like it :)

Owner is a bit ignorant to put it mildly :) NCT was probably done over a year ago, so needs close inspection. If all electrics work after nearly 10 years, chances are they are reliable enough. Maybe you all think I'm a fool, but I've bought several cars with terrible reputations* and not been let down. Perhaps I've just been very lucky, who knows :p

*and therefore bought them very cheaply

2000 1.8 Audi A6 with NCT and new tires and brakes for about a grand, what do you think?

Checking motortax.ie says it was transferred to an individual on 02/04/2013

It mentions - just nct. Now the question is if it just expired, or just tested.

    Nice price for that a3!

Id keep the steelies & spend the cash on a remap myself to add to its sleeper status..

I didn't even know they were around. Most of them are 1.6 here.
Sleeper even without remap. Not many regular looking hatches with that sort of engine.

Exactly-that engine & interior combo are such a rare find here & well worth the cash.
    150bhp 1.8T so much potential.

True, but worth a punt for that price! Then when the NCT is up, make a youtube vid with it :pac:
