How to make a training log

Anyone on here be able to help me with the calculating problem I am having above if I were to share the document with them.

It is wrecking my head!!

I am using a dropdown box for different sports, but the weekly and monthly totals are for all sports, I would like a split between cycling and running. So my weekly and monthly totals would add the distances where cycling is in the dropdown and give me that total but also do the same thing when running is in the dropdown

Yeah that would be great, I used Roms instructions regarding the shoes but I can get it to auto calculate distances for me based on running and cycling.

Thanks Brewski, your spreadsheet set me on the right road but Grrrrr, I have the weekly totals for each sport but have to manually put in each range.

I have tried to merge the IF A=0 (eg cycling) and the formula that adds the distance between two specific dates but can't manage it)

Not at all, it has gotten me very close to getting the correct formula, I just need to work out how to merge the two sets of formula i.e. give me the distance and time between two set dates if the sport = "X"

this is great rom, have tried a few times but keep getting an error with the pace but will keep playing around with it
