Wow, uninstalled Play Music a couple of months ago but got sick of Winamp recently so reinstalled it there, what a complete and utter mess they've made of it, its now completely unusable for anything except random shuffle for all your tracks. Also it doesnt seem to let you delete tracks, there are plenty of people wondering about it online and none of the solutions work.

Is there any music player or widget with decent lockscreen controls?

PowerAMP - solves all your needs.

Yeah it seems like the business alright, actually if Id had it in time I mightnt have ordered that Sansa MP3 player everyone in the Bargain Alerts forum is buying, you can swipe the screen in your pocket back or forth to swith tracks on the lockscreen, I thought of that myself ages ago, why doesnt every player do that?

Very good looking so far anyway, might be my imagination but it sounds excellent aswell, rich and bass-y, no hesitation paying €3 in a few weeks anyway, thanks.

Out of all the players I ever tried in the marketplace on Android it has the best EQ. Makes even crappy headphones sound class.

The lockscreen controls are absolutely genius:

Big clock/date (Why do other players hide the friggin time???)

    Next-prev track or album

    Unlock straight to homescreen

Locked in portrait mode (why the fcuk do other players think I want the lockscreen controls rotating every time I take it out of my pocket?)

Skip to anywhere in currently playing track etc...

Its the perfect player really, cheers.

    Can Knockdown 3

    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pl.idreams.CanKnockdown3

    ---

More dynamic than the previous two, which were quite 'passive' in how they presented themselves to the player.

Active elements pop into the screen and there are tasks to maximise your score on a level.

The score card at the end of a level pretty much mimics your typical Angry Birds\Cut The Rope layout. Time and Tasks making up part of the final score.

Game looks great and it's fun.

    'Free'.

Has Field Trip always been available here?
Searched for it before and couldn't find it, they have launched in 80 countries today but didn't disclose which ones.

I assume you can, there is a ROM with the expansion thing built in, I had it on my PSP years ago.

Sonic and Knuckles + the older sonic games you could plug in.
But with Sonic 1 it didn't work, just let you play bonus levels. You couldn't go through the levels as any character or anything like that.

For anyone on Meteor they have released their new app today. Seems much improved over the old app.

Keeps telling me the app has took too long to do something, looks really nice but is annoying to use at the minute for me

Has anyone got any suggestions for an app that works on 4.2.2 that can toggle manually between manually definied DNS servers, or alternatively switch between DHCP and a defined Static IP config?
I've tried most of the seemingly obvious apps on the play store like Static IP Toggle, WiFi Static etc. but none seem to have been updated in years and none of them work on my Nexus 4 or 7.

I occasionally want to use a specific DNS server, but it's such a pain to have to go to wifi settings, modify network, select advanced options, switch to Static IP and then type out the DNS address manually every single time.

thanks, I didn't install this originally due to the less than stellar reviews, but it appears to be working (if a bit unreliably) on my rooted nexus 7.

Always see that, will never buy it. It looks terrible.

Don't mind the Google Calendar and the S Planner does the job, still cant beat the nice and easy calendar in Windows Phone though :(
