Damn you I only have 4 fireplaces here :pac:

Elec windows not overly difficult to retrofit but extra work tearing apart reg assys and looms....! Bargain indeedy!

    Only 4....:pac:

Not sure if it's necessary, might be a tad busy over the summer with other things taking up time...;)
Get onto cleancar and order some gliptone cleaner and some conditioner too. Would work wonders.

Will be putting in an order to Cleancar during the summer for a few things, might include that in it alright. Been using Autoglym leather cleaner and saddle soap today and it turned up fairly well. Need to spend a few hours at it though. Cheers

Nice colour those seats! Same ones I have in black only whichever PO fitted them didn't bother with the door cards or the bit under the seat belt. Did you get that bit too? Remember you may need to deal with an airbag error if the originals have them as those seats are pre airbag.

    Doorcards you say? ;)

Heh, if you're ever in Cork... Guessing you probably have a whole pile of those!

I meant to ask you before if you had a good rear bumper in Cosmos Blue (you ripped an engine from one recently right?). My bumper is mostly okay but there is a 1 inch square bit after cracking off, believe someone with it with a hitch or the like! Probably cheaper to replace the bumper than to get it fixed!

Only the one leather set for a 156! If I don't get the seats sold, I have an interesting plan for them..... Or sacrilegious depending on whos reading :pac:

Cosmos blue indeed :) Well, I'll check it in daylight and PM you the details! :D

That reminds me, I must go to the garage for a bit..... ;)

Some day I plan to make furniture out of car seats so if that's your plan, it's a good 'un!

166man - That interior looks gorgeous. Fair play for landing that! I'm sure if RJ was here, he'd give that a thank!

    Where is he btw?

Smells like milk or something after a few days.. Revolting.
    Get Dr. Leather instead.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,921 ✭✭✭✭MetzgerMeister

Or the AutoGlym cleaner and conditioner.

Granted, the majority of leather cleaners are just a different scented version of all purpose cleaners but that's a technicality :)

Ouch :s. I've been surprised by how much of a thump the oul Teggies can take with less damage than you'd think, especially given how little metal seems to be behind the bumper. Though given your skillz another venue for your competitive spirit might be the upcoming ploughing championships. :D

There was lots of run off so didn't hit too hard thankfully. My arm is pretty sore today but nothing major.
You hatdly have a pair of wings and an nearside headlight in your shed? Lol

For a Mark 3 Ford Capri and a Mark 2 Renault 5 turbo yes, for a Teg sadly not. :)

A good day today. Not 1, but 2 deliveries. RNS 510 arrived (Only ordered it on Thursday) and so too did my LEDs for the interior lights and licence plate.

    Out with the old:
    IMAG0234.jpg
And in with the new (used):
    IMAG0235.jpg

Just a quick fit to see it booted up etc, and since it did, I ordered the GPS module. Hopefully it'll arrive by the end of the week.
Have yet to code it all up, but ill wait until I have the GPS antenna installed before doing that. Following this guide.

Ill fit the LEDs this evening after work.
