I like how the meeja are straining to point out that as far as Operation Yewtree goes, Clifford only appears under the heading 'others'... as if it's going to stop people assuming his guilt. They don't want to go upsetting the apple tart as a wiseguy once said.

Going by the period of time the charges span ('66-'85) the youngest he could possibly have been when engaged in sexual activity with a 14 year old is 23. He could of course have been a lot older.

I was watching the Louis Theroux documentary on him recently again. He seemed like a slippery man indeed. I thought the whole Simon Cowell thing was funny - making up girlfriends for him and such.

Elvis's relationship with Priscilla seems pretty consensual, and it appears that she was chaperoned for a good part of their early relationship. Whilst you can question if she could give informed consent at that age, there is no question of assault.
