Going by the period of time the charges span ('66-'85) the youngest he could possibly have been when engaged in sexual activity with a 14 year old is 23. He could of course have been a lot older.

Elvis's relationship with Priscilla seems pretty consensual, and it appears that she was chaperoned for a good part of their early relationship. Whilst you can question if she could give informed consent at that age, there is no question of assault.

I just find it very odd that all these allegations are "suddenly" appearing. It smacks of bandwagon jumping to me.
