    I took 1.5 of those once on a flight from Chicago to Dublin. I woke up half our out from Dublin with ankles that a baby rhino would be proud of. NEVER again! :D

    I usually take valium for flying and never had rhino ankles! Will try the xanax next flight and see what happens!! :D

    It doesn't specifically ban it.
