Now is not that time, much like I'm sure there's footage of the moment the bombs go up whoever planted them and you see the instantaneous destruction of peple's legs. There's things people do not need to see.

The FBI have footage of him planting the bomb that they haven't released.
CNN have footage of the shootout last night that they haven't released.
There is CCTV footage of them robbing the 7/11 that hasn't been released.
And dozens of police officers have witnessed them throwing explosives and shooting at cops.

Have we seen proof? No, but it obviously exists. If you don't think so then CT may have a more suitable thread.

You just saw your brother getting shot at, and had to run over him to escape. Thousands of armed Police after you, many of whom want you dead.. I'd be running too..

It is possible (However thin) that the brother did it all, and before the younger lad knew what was going on, he was in to deep.

It's also possible the Younger brother is the smarter of the two, and led the muscly older brother astray, and he killed him, just to get away..

Why would they tell someone that they were responsible? It sounds like the villain from a James Bond movie, who give a monologue giving away their entire plan, when they think they've gotten away with it.

The CCTV stills show him arriving with a backpack, standing in the crowd (where the bomb went off) with the backpack at his feet, where the 8 year old that died is pictured in front of him. then he is captured leaving without the backpack about 20 seconds prior to the bomb going off. Have you even seen any of the footage of this??

Not having a go at 'up for anything' or anything but I've seen on some forums and some 'conspiracy sites' people saying where is the proof, did the first guy really die, show us the body etc.. Its got really bad that some people now want all this information, cops and FBI always have way more information than they release to the press etc. With good reason too. Thats why the press end up screwing things up and reporting the wrong things, they get a tiny bit of info and try and base a story off it.
