    Thats Boston city. Watertown, Cambridge and all surrounding cities are technically not Boston.

    Depending what cities and suburbs you include the population of Boston ranges from 2-6 million people.

    Boston has a very small downtown but has a hugely populated surrounding area.

    Like all cities, it only includes the core city area as per council boundary and not the burbs. Wiki says about 4.5m in Metro area.

    There have been a few incidents where people have needed to go get medicine and have had a police escort/meds delivered by police.
