    Am I right in saying that the guy stripped naked and sat into the back of the police car (and video of same posted all over the internet including on main stream news sites like CNN) was actually a hostage taken by the 2 lads ?

    First I've heard of that version. Apparently they suspected him, but he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time

    If you google Tamerlan Tsarnaev (the older brother) it brings you to his boxing page where he says he has been in the states for 5 years and that he wants to box for America. I double checked facts of that page:

    Same Name.
    From Chechnya
    Lives in New England (includes Boston)

    I just heard it on the police scanner, someone was saying 1 in custody. But I dunno. It's difficult to follow everything that's being said on the scanner.
