Ok so this week Im maxing out on squat bench and dead (lets not speak of my overhead press  ) Next week Ill be starting my cycle over at 70% of a new target max and increasing 5% per week. My question is whats a resonable amount of weight to increase by?
At the moment my maxes are 180 for squat, 100 for bench and well see today for deadlift about 165-180. Am I as well just stick 10kg on squat and dead, 5kg on bench and leave it at that or can I go off a certain percentage and push the boat out a bit further on squats and deads?

Most impossible question ever to answer. What's your training been like, what percentages have you gone to, how long was the cycle?

For this test day, just work up and see what happens.

For the next, if the cycle's 8-10 weeks long you might want to target 90% of your current 1RM x5+, or 95% x3+.

You could end up somewhere between 103-110% of your current 1RM depending on how the cycle goes. But it's REALLY impossible to say.
