Calisthenics, Body weight, Bar workout group in Waterford

    Hello all,

    I hope the mods are ok with us posting this here...

    For anyone interested in doing, or already doing calisthenics, street workout, bodyweight training we are a group that meet on Saturday mornings in the people park in Waterford to train together...

    Who are we?

    Bar Clan are a street workout team based in Waterford Ireland, we perform calisthenics body weight training exercises to obtain strength and fitness. Everybody is welcome to join us and get fit regardless of your training experience level. This form of exercise is free and fun, the only thing you need is the will to succeed and positivity. We help, support and encourage each other completely to reach our fitness goals. There is no ego or bigheadedness welcome here, just like minded positive people interested in helping each other out!!

    Great to see more of this. We have a group running since September in Dublin. Would be great if the 2 groups could meet up sometime.

    Yea that would be a great idea, we are only beginning out right now, only about 4 or 5 regular people but more people are showing interest so its good to find others with varying amounts of experience to share with..

    As soon as we have a decent bit of training under our belts im sure some of us would be interested in coming up for a meet.. Summer is coming! :)

    Thanks :-) we asked the guys at mad barz if we could share their routines and they gave us the all clear to share them, there is a great network of support for body weight workout online plenty of positivity!!
