    Hi Folks,

    Just had to change the battery on an 04 Mondeo 1.8. From holding in the 6 and 2 button I get M006887, is there anybody who can tell me the code please? I only recently bought it and have no manual or radio card/book.

    2546 is written on the back of the radio. But it's no good. ? any other codes

    Take out the radio, there'll be a security code on the back starting with a letter and followed by 3 numbers, post it here and I'll see if I can get you the code

    Strange. The car is born with this Denso. It was after an installation of a Parrot handsfree, the Denso asked for a code.

    Would i help to update the firmware to 4.40 ? (now: 00-16/04/2003)

    Hi all, same as others here - replaced the battery and don't know the code.
    FDC2005 M151217 came up when I press 6 and 1.

    Any help appreciated.

    EDIT: After a little more searching the www, found this http://www.freefordradiocode.co.uk/fordm.html, worked a charm.

    Generated my code which worked.
