So... I ordered 2 x 5l - 1 x Tutti Frutti and 1 x Babypowder ... only they sent 4 of each - so 8 x 5l  Mailed them and no reply, called them and the first person I spoke to wasn't listening to a word I was saying and passed me to some other guy... he offered me a discount to keep them but I explained I have no room for the other 6 bottles and he said he'd call me back to arrange collection... 2 days later and I've heard nothing and they didn't really seem that bothered..!?

No problem, sure that's what it's there for :D my dog is still on set 1 of 10 packs of squeaky toys, I thought they'd last minutes at 25c per toy but they actually are great quality! He is a small cavalier king charles though ;)

Probably cost more than they're worth to courier them back. Maybe say to them if they were happy to give the ok that you could donate them to your local rescue? (who would probably be delighted with them)

My first thought was to say nothing and donate them but it's €100 worth of stuff - didn't want to chance it and be sent a bill.:P I'll give them until the end of next week and see what happens.

It's addictive though, I got loads of toys and stuff when I saw the first bargain alert. Now I get the email updates and on Friday ended up buying new waterproof trousers, himself got cycling leggings and full face bike helmets for his nephews! All for €32!

    €1 Delivery!

The first order I got took ages, just over a week or so. I ordered again last Friday and the order arrived this morning! Well impressed as it was a long BH weekend in the UK too.

Great thanks! Have a few bits for hols in there too. €5 for a bikini! Seems like a great site.

I only ordered mine on Sunday so mine will still be another few days, but will update this when it comes.

Also I'm really happy with my waterproof trousers. As we are being treated to the miracle of sunshine I can't say for certain whether they are water"proof" but they are a nice quality and a nice breathable lining. Zip pockets and zips at the end for easy removal over boots. I have a heavy winter pair that the lining is almost rubbery in and are sometimes difficult to move in and the pockets and bottoms are velcro which can be annoying. My other pair are unlined and worn out but these are just right.

And still no word for them !? Calling them tomorrow and asking what the story is and if they want me to donate it. Possibly somebody doesn't want the boss knowing they sent 4 times what somebody ordered lol!!
Still haven't used the stuff either .... I couldn't decide how much to dilute it and it was too cold at the weekend to wash down the garden :P

Just put in my usual order for Skinners dry dog food with www.vetuk.co.uk

The prices are just brillo. All the usual stuff I get for the dogs is cheaper on it than anywhere else. I get the 60g pot of Plaque Off powder for €10.60 - it's at least a fiver dearer in all the pet shops.

I got extra supplies of squeaky kong tennis balls - a pack of three is about €2.50 - they are twice to three times the price everywhere else.

I also get my (non-prescription) wormers from there too. This time I got their own brand praziquantel wormer - €7.00 to effectively worm both my dogs against roundworms and tapeworms.

The delivery is very reasonable. Tonight the postage for two 15kg bags of Skinners, the wormers, tennis balls and two pots of Plaque Off was just over a tenner. I kinda discount the delivery charge because the Skinners is VAT free so I'm already winning! :D

    I'm a very happy customer!

    !

I get the skinners from amazon.co.uk and paid 19euro for a 15kg bag inc delivery. I use the subsribe and save so the bag works out about 16stg. Dependent of course on the type:)

Got my order from Sportsdirect today. The toys are fab and got the free mug, but the 2 leads i got are very small and wouldnt be suitable for large breeds :-(
Ill pass them on to someone who might use them, but for 50c each they are still a bargain, lol.

Which toys did you get? I haven't placed my order yet so would love to know which leads to avoid, and which toys are great.

Can I ask does the lead you got come with a collar, I need a new one and was just looking at them this morning. If so would the collar fit a 2 year old lab. Thanks. I got my order on clothes and a bike for my son which was €28 such a bargain. No mug though.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,000 ✭✭✭andreac

No ruby, I just got the leads on their own, the green and red one but they wouldn't be suitable for a lab. Only smaller dogs as they wouldn't be strong enough for bigger dogs.
