    Hi Everyone,

Started Slimming World today and just have a quick question to ask about the healthy extras part of the plan. I've picked out my cereals and all the rest but do I choose just one item per day from or can I have soup or tinned fruit the same day? If that makes any sense... Thanks :)

1 item per day.... anything after that you have to use your syn allowance for!

You're allowed one Hex A (dairy) and one Hex B (breads or cereals) a day. You also need to measure these as the allowance is not huge. If you exceed your limit, anything over the limit has to be Synned. So you can if you want have a tin of soup or tinned fruit but these would have to counted as Syns if you have already had your Hex A/Hex B allowance.
