Ordered for the 4th time on the 9th with billing address as normal with PM postcode. The shipping e-mail was sent late last night and it's apparently in Dublin now. About time it worked!

Mine still stuck on pending.gave them some stick on the phone today and it has been handed over to specialist in google wallet to see why it is still pending. After 12 days I still have no hope in them fulfilling this order our even getting back to me

Took them 17 days to ship my replacement man! Times for shipping are all over the place!

What really sickens me are the people who come on here saying 'ordered it 2 days ago and now it's in my hands'

I sent an email asking why my replacement hadn't shipped.Nobody bothered to reply for 5 days. Then within the space of 15 mins, 2 different agents replied to my message.
1 just described the order process for me from start to finish for me. Seriously!!
The 2nd apologised for the delay and offered me free shipping! I thanked him for his offer, but informed him that i would not be paying for shipping, as it was a replacement device. He's yet to come back to me!! :pac:

I wonder if the respones people are getting from these agents are automated emails.

Everyone seems to be getting the same response. i.e apology for the delay, offer free shipping

Did you use different card each time? Did you use a debit card or credit card on the successful time. Have suspicion that debit authorisations are taking longer than credit card ones with google

Oh, I'd say they are just working off email templates and scanning for keywords so that they can pick the correct reply!

One of my responses said 'Hello (name)' where they had forgotten to fill in my name :D

Mine arrived in Dublin yesterday at lunch time and has to go to Newtonabbey and then to Kilkenny. How long should this take? No new update on tracking link.

Finally got my replacement from PM this morning. On the day that Sammy announce the S4 of all days! I hope that I'll still prefer the N4 over the S4 before today is over :D

This one seems to be holding and taking a charge, so it's looking good that I've got a fully functioning one.

Hope everyones phone gets to them far quicker than mine did :)

My Nexus 4 arrived yesterday (ordered on the 7th of March), haven't had too much of a chance to play with it yet but it's a lovely bit of kit. Need to get a case and screen protectors damn soon as that glass looks to be a magnet for fingerprints and scratches though!

    Good stuff!

Hard to beat the value for money from Nexus 4 imo.

There will always be some toy that eclipses the last one! The Sony Expedia Z apparently trumps both of those for spec.

Oh definitely, it's great value for money!

Now when my O2 contract finishes next month, I can jump to a rolling 30 day sim only contract on any network for about a third of what I'm paying O2 :)

Has anyone tried ordering this using BT11 AA as the post code?

Day 14 and still stuck on pending! 6 phone calls, 7 emails to play support and three to google wallet who contacted a specialist who has not responded after days!!!! What a shower of bankers these fools are!

Picked it up today. Haven't had much time to play with it, but it seems fantastic.

However, I have a problem with my google account. During my attempts to buy the phone I got my wallet suspended, and they are now asking for verification, which is my ID and a utility bill for my billing address, which was parcel motel, which I obviously don't have. Is there any way to contact them and try to get my account unsuspended, or will I have to make a new one?

How old is it. Has it been used or is it still in sealed box? Having terrible trouble with google play so may look at this.

I had a go at this, dont particularly know what i'm doing though. Got on and placed
an order for one and sent it to Parcel Motel so maybe it might work.

Anyone knows a store in Dublin which sells InvisibleShield for Nexus 4?
Same question. But doesnt have to be just Dublin. Anyone?

i've just gone and reordered with parcel motel as the postcode for the visa card.

interestingly , you get the invoice for Google in barrow street Dublin 4, Great Britain! it also has a post code!

Anyone having difficulty ordering the phone should try the website flubit.com
It will stop the issue of having orders cancelled as you pay through PayPal and just enter a new shipping address.
Working out at £11-45 cheaper for me.
