They've known about this for a while and haven't done anything about it. It'd be very hard to find and punish anyone for it. Especially since they're all customers who play the game. I have found when doing it, the odd time you go back into the game and it's back to it's default settings. Real pain in the ass having to uninstall and reinstall the game. Everything's always there when you do it though.

If you can't find it online Hashtag, I'll PM you it. :) Btw I'm sure you know already about how to get Jebodiah Statue for free.

One of the craziest 4 minutes of football I've ever seen. Everton just imploded. Awesome to watch.

Pleased to have single-handedly inspired Liverpool's recent form. The fact it co-insides with United's dip in form is not for me to comment on however.

    Europa League AND Champions League.
Loving the Suarez hate on the soccer thread. What will they say next 'oh I swear watching it yesterday he gave the camera a dirty look aimed at me'.

The Bale hate is even sadder tbh.

Don't mind stuff like that. I do mind the disaster point-scoring stuff that's never a million miles away from United-Liverpool discussion.

Been playing Resident Evil: Revelations on the 3DS the last few days. Finally cleared it after having considerable difficulty with the final boss. That dodge feature is tricky. Scary game I thought. :D

Cleared Super Mario 3D Land a few weeks ago. Thought that was great fun. The final special level took me a while but it was rewarding in the end.

Any decent 3DS games coming up? Heard good things about the new Luigi's Mansion game but from what I've seen I don't see the appeal really.

Last year, work held a Cheltenham competition to see who could predict the most winners.

    I came last of 100 people <_<

Would be great to have a nice early end to the universal **** over Barca that fashionable these days for the season.

I barely watch any soccer these days but I have to say I watched Barcelona in the flesh five months ago and it was breathtaking to watch.

Ever since I had to deal with a family member having a load of bowel problems due to regular constipation, any time anyone mentions brocks issues, I keep thinking of how he seems like the kind of guy who would have zero tolerance for constipation, full of haemorrhoids and whatnot.

Bit of a bizarre post but it's about time I said it somewhere.

It seems the new thing in football is to hate Barca. Is that hipster, or is it following the crowd :)

I would love if tonight Busquets takes a theatrical dive to get Ambrossini sent off at the death for Messi to score the penalty to send Barca through 4-1 on the night. I think the internet might melt.

Twould drown in a sea of Graham Hunters spaff more like.

I think most people are fed up of the endless fawning over them and the fact that their (for the most part recent) fans get so aghast that not everyone bows down to worship their style of play. "A gift to football" FFS.

Id say they'll win tonight though. They are great champions and great champions will usually rise to the task.

Barca are not known for their comebacks when the chips are down though. And the chips are very much down at the moment. I think Barca will win tonight but 2-1 or 3-1. One way or other, I cannot see them progressing. They will need a bit of luck and an early goal for it to happen.

Early goal is vital. If Meelan can keep it scoreless and also keep eleven on the field (a genuine concern with Barca always) till halftime it'll be an epic second half.

Have backed Milan +2 for tonight.

I don't have any feelings one way or another bout Barca. I do think they've been found out though and that teams have figured out how to negate them. You can't play one way, no matter how flamboyant it is, and expect teams not to figure out a strategy to beat you.

  • Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 18,762 Mod ✭✭✭✭DM_7

No team can win every game no matter how good they are. The fact is they ran away with the league this year and a true reflection of how good they are.

In the past few years they have won many games in Europe and lost some. That is normal in a competition where games are played over two legs - it doesn't add up to found out (imo).

No team in the modern game will ever dominate in Europe.

  • Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 42,996 Mod ✭✭✭✭Lord TSC

I mean found out in terms of how if you play a "negative" defense game against them, they struggle. Most teams in Spain don't do that ever, so Barca have walked the league, but Real did it against them in the cup last week, and Celtic and AC Milan doing the same.

  • Moderators, Sports Moderators Posts: 18,762 Mod ✭✭✭✭DM_7

Playing negative against Barca is nothing new. Sure it was that way of teams playing that inspired the signing of Zlatan and then the change to Messi as a striker ahem false 9. It was also what led to a back three trialled by Pep.

December 19th is the key, it was the biggest loss all season, When Tito's cancer relapse was announced. I hope they turn it around tonight all things considered.

I hope that Niang chance won't haunt me as much as it is now.
