Rules for The Island

So, in my imagination, I am purchasing an Island and inviting people to create a community there. What rules would you make??
Some of mine are:
All children from birth (and new inhabitants) to be fingerprinted, have DNA taken and wear a microchipped piece of unremoveable jewellery. Hoping this reduces/eliminates crime

If we do have crime, then the death penalty exists and pickpockets and thieves lose a finger per crime. Three fingers lost means expulsion from the island

Bankers salaries are capped and nurses must earn a higher average wage than them.

No religion on the island.

Unemployed people must do 40 hours per week of community service until such time as they become employed.

Mandatory random drug tests. People caught must leave the island.

No Liverpool supporters.

Any more suggestions welcome!!

If you wanted an island all to yourself, don't invite people to live there and make so many terrible rules that no one would want to live there. Just don't invite people. You'll save so much money which you could use to pay the nurses that won't be there.

No extermination camps. you get a dinghy, a paddle and 10 mins rowing time. If you are still in the snipers view at that point, the dinghy gets it
