Sure I was the same when viewing live because the first one was not clear. I thought it was an eel for a while and thinking the eel made it overland to pond....but once otter grabbed another I got view to see that it was clearly a frog. The edge of pond is littered frog intestines and bits of spawn...carnage really

Out at Saleens and Dunmore East today and got some vids of birds feeding etc. Windy so apps for sound but can hear others birds in background. Maybe someone could id one on first vid will prob need earphones or volume turned up calls are at 0.20 .30 0.37

I don't know who owns the land, but I'd say it's safe enough. NPWS know it's there, the area is a NHA, SPA, and SAC, and I'd imagine part of the grant scheme. I'd say its biggest threat would be from dog-walkers.
