    You need to seek professional advice to help you overcome your control issues before it becomes more of a problem than it already is. You have no right to bully your sister into living her life the way you want her to.

    Man up & grow a pair, start living your own life & stop trying to always live yours according to how things might look to your friends. Develop some interests to help you keep your mind off what your sister is doing. Stop skulking around the house - get out & about a bit even if it's just to take a walk in the fresh air.
